Cancellation Policy
By booking a session with MJ, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: #### **1. Disclaimer & Liability** - MJ is a Medical Medium and intuitive guide. She is **not a licensed medical professional, doctor, therapist, or healthcare provider**. - All sessions are for **spiritual and informational purposes only** and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice. - Any actions you take based on the guidance received during your session are your **sole responsibility**. MJ is not liable for any outcomes, decisions, or consequences related to your health, finances, or personal life. #### **2. No Guarantees** - MJ does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from her readings. Intuitive insights are subject to interpretation and free will. - Healing and energy work are **complementary** practices and should not replace medical treatment or prescribed therapy. #### **3. Confidentiality** - All sessions are private and confidential. However, MJ reserves the right to break confidentiality if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others. #### **4. Payment & Refunds** - Full payment is required at the time of booking. - **No refunds** will be given once the session is completed. If you need to reschedule, at least **24 hours' notice** is required. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will not be refunded or rescheduled. #### **5. Client Responsibility** - By booking, you confirm that you are **18 years or older** or have parental consent. - You acknowledge that MJ's guidance is **not a substitute** for professional healthcare, therapy, or legal counsel. - You agree not to hold MJ responsible for any personal, medical, financial, or legal decisions you make after the session. By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
